By commissioning us, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:

We can say no to a commission request anytime.
No rude behavior, please! If you’re disrespectful or aggressive, we’ll cancel your commission.
Pricing: Prices stated below are estimates and will vary depending on Character, concept, and desired Level of Detail. Effects and Special bases will incur additional cost. We will send you a quotation of the final price.
Deliverables: STL Files of your requested character and High-Quality Render Shots.
Payment: 50% upfront is required after concept is finalized. We accept via Paypal, Payoneer and Wise. The remaining 50% is after approval of cut & keys.
Timeline: We don’t do rush work. Expect to wait up to 4-5 weeks or more, depending on our workload/project. We’ll keep you updated via discord and let you know if anything causes a delay.
Revisions: Minor revisions are okay. Extra changes beyond the initial agreed concept (unless reasonable) will cost more.
Cancellation: If you cancel after we start, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before we start, we can refund the deposit minus any fees.
Cut & Keys: Costs separately and will depend on Model complexity.
Please don’t alter, edit, or remove the watermarks on the sculpt/rendered images.
Once you get the output, it’s yours to use however you like depending on our agreement. But remember, you’re responsible for how it’s used. We won’t be involved after that.
We will keep the right to show the sculpt in our portfolio or post it in any social media sites unless you ask otherwise.
Make sure to credit us when you share the printed piece!

Ownership

Exclusive Rights
You will have full ownership of the rights and can use the model in any way you choose. (Price may be up to three times the original cost)Semi-Exclusive Rights
You will own the model but will be restricted to selling printed figures only. Additionally, we may sell the model to a few trusted individuals *
